I really loved Jodan Levine’s photo. He placed First in the Student competition. I found the colors of the picture, which looks as if it may be actually embroidered or pastels, against the wood panelling to be rather charming. The colors and the subject matter – windmills and tulips somehow seem familiar. The elongated old monitor, actually juxtaposes against the old fashioned picture of a picture as a modern miracle against an old fashioned tapestry or painting. I found the subject intriguing and the colors compelling. Good for this young photographer. Photos should tweek and pull at our conscious and subconscious – its what makes us remember a product because we associate it with some special time or event in our lives. Thanks for showing it.
